Quick service.
Yenny was very knowledgeable and helpful. I know my fair share of tech, but was stumped when I couldn't get the camera working. Yenny helped me to get it back online and gave me a solution to prevent it from happening again in the future. Super helpful and quick service. I love petcube! Thanks guys!

I really enjoyed using my Petcube
I really enjoyed using my Petcube. I did have to stop using it but only because I got a roommate and a camera was no longer wanted. Customer care was amazing, extremely quick and took care of my needs with zero hassle. I will happily return when I don’t have a roommate anymore.

Nice, cheap, compact and easy to set
We just bought the camera and used it for a week, we had a bit of troubles at the beginning, when the camera in the night vision wasn't recording our cat's movements, but the customer care was very helpful and helped fixing the problem quickly (moving the camera closer to the cat door and reset it). Now it's working fine, sometimes still doesn't record the cat's movements at night time, but I'd say it records at least 80% to 90% of the movements, so I'm really happy with it!
