I got my petcube and was super excited. It works great! Can keep an eye on my pup and toss him treats! Had a problem with android phone not working with microphone over mobile data but they are on top of fixing it already and added to investigation list company went above and beyond and helped refund my money so I can purchase the better unit in the meantime. Excellent customer service! Thankyou again guys!

I got my first Petcube about 6 years ago as a gift and my cats have loved it since day one. It gives me a great peace of mind when I’m traveling to be able to see them and play with them. In the last 3 months, the camera part stopped working and I decided it was time to upgrade. I got the new Petcube camera (no laser) first, and my cats were heartbroken that a laser didn’t come out. One of them knows the chime and started looking for the laser and I felt so bad that I had to get a new Petcube Play 2 for them. Unfortunately the item arrived and the laser was not working properly. I used the support chat and we worked through several tests together and determined it must be faulty. The support team was so kind and helpful, even remote accessing the camera (with my permission) so they could test it themselves. After we found that it was faulty, they were kind enough to send me a replacement Petcube Play 2 free of charge. It arrived the very next day and works perfectly!! The cats are so happy and I’m delighted that I can play with them and give them exercise with the laser toy while also being able to keep an eye on them when I’m at work. Thanks Petcube!!!!

Petcube replaced my faulty camera. I appreciate they made the situation right. There were several back and forth emails first in which I was asked the same questions multiple times. However, the response to my intial email to support was super fast.

I wanted to shout out to Adrian B for an incredible customer service experience. I had a very complicated situation trying to confirm that I canceled my account and was requesting a refund for months of not using my Petcube. Adrian spent about 45 minutes looking up every possible way to confirm my account was canceled and that I would be refunded for my subscription that was not used. I am pretty sure that most would have given up after the first 15-20 minutes of a frustrating situation. I am extremely grateful for Adrian’s kindness and patience! Also my petcube helped me find my lost cat and I am very happy for that and feel it is a very useful device.
