Best Customer Service To Date!
I totally wasted their time but Adrian B was so sweet and patient with me! One of my cameras was appearing offline but during the course of troubleshooting it came back on! I'm totally going to request Adrian B anytime I have an issue, that was one of the best customer service experiences ever!

Love our Petcube but kept saying it was "off-line"
We love our Petcube and all of a sudden it kept saying it was "off-line" so we weren't able to check on our puppy. ☹️ I contacted support and James was super nice and helped me get it back on-line by deleting it off the app and did the start up again and now it works perfect!! Thanks for your help!! Love being able to check on my baby boy when we're not home.

Our camera went offline
Our camera went offline and despite trying a number of different things, I contacted Jay via the on line service. He managed me via a number of questions and then advised on a more detailed approach to my problem. As a result, the issue was rectified and our pet camera is now back on line. Great service guys!!
