Purchased a small petcube frim TSC and it worked good for a month and then stopped working. It was pass the 30 day return so contacted the company directly and they gave me things to try but none of them worked. They wre going to offer to send me a new one until they found out that i lived in Canada and informed they don’t service anyone outside of the U.S. why do they even sell them in other countries? Would never purchsse any of their products again!!!

rubbish camera won't let you connect half the time it's a real hit and miss camera that costs a fortune and the treats cone out so aggressively my little sausage is scared of it now. Nice idea, poor delivery and even poorer app

AVOID! At some point my Petcube cam was disconnected, and I couldn’t reconnect it. At the same time my subscription didn’t show under my account; however, Petcube has continued to charge my credit card and I cannot unsubcribe (since it seems I don’t have a subscription). I have tried contacting Petcube several times over a month and receive no reply. I need to order a new credit card since there is no other way to stop them charging me.

Absolute waste of money, unless your prepared too pay a high monthly subscription fee there is no point, it’s just an expense camera you can go on live on your phone anytime and view that is it!!! Unless you pay the monthly fee you cannot have alerts or video recording playback there are so many other cheaper options out there where you get free alerts SD card recording, the trouble with this when I brought it from curry’s there was no mention of monthly subscriptions especially at a high price I would have took it back but I damaged the box

Forced to pay for subscription to use it, won't let you cancel your subscription without eeking an extra month's money out of you. Honestly getting sick of these subscription services, changing to a camera I can use outright no extra costs

Ur product is not working. I've sent NUMEROUS emails and have NOT gotten a response. I want to return the product before warranty expires, but you do not provide a return address or a phone number, and are NOT responding to my emails. Horrible customer service.

I have emailed pet Uber twice asking for return details. The GOS trackers is wsy too large for my tiny puppy. I have not received any reply from the company. Product is great but customer service is not
