The PetCube team is super attentive and responsive. I did a chat with representative through the app, it had disconnected a couple times. Even though the chat disconnected the staff member still contacted me via email and checked back with me which is how I was able to get the best help and customer experience from them. They helped me everyday, every step of the way all via email. Giving perfect prompt instructions on how to fix my problem.

This is my third pet cube. The company fully refunded my second that stopped working and I got two more. Always helpful if something doesn't work and will get you a resolution.

We were experiencing an issue with being able to speak and listen simultaneously. I sent a email, the staff immediately replied and within 3 or 4 emails the problem was resolved. Thank you for the great customer service and for being on it!!!

The Petcube, as a camera does what it needs to do well, the app however is pretty bad. It continues to redirect you to the browser which is full of pop up deals and is difficult to navigate when you need to take action on an app notification (new firmware). The setup process for the camera (via the app) is intuitive but it can fail and not provide a clear answer why to which you need to power cycle and disconnect/reconnect. If the app was more clear and easier to use, i would raise the stars to 4 or 5

I have 3 Petcubes. They are incredibly easy to sync up to a phone and install in a matter of minutes. They work amazingly well. I love being able to check in on my fur babies wherever I am. Their customer care is ABOVE AND BEYOND! I highly recommend.
