Extremely unresponsive and couldn’t even get my order right. Emailed 3 separate times after the initial 5 emails earlier in the “process” to let them know the image showing on my dashboard was not the image I approved the previous day. I finally received my item today and wouldn’t you know, it was the incorrect product. A week of trying to contact them and never heard back. I was extremely excited to give this as a Christmas gift in 2 days but now that will not happen. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Takes them forever to get back to you and when they do its to inform you that the order you placed with holiday delivery won't make it on time. I believe the reviews here are fake.. look at their facebook, most comments are negative.

Can someone please provide an update on my order? I've been emailing you guys back and forth and have yet to get any tracking information. I placed my order on December 5th and paid a premium to have my order in time for Christmas. Christmas is in 2 days and you guys just refuse to reply to people?? I'm trying to hold out in hopes that my order will be here in time for Christmas. Please please please reply to my email. Order # 125569. Don't set expectations for people and then not fulfill them. I and clearly a multitude of people are beyond upset. I will be filing a claim with my bank for fraudulent activity if my order doesn't arrive by Christmas. I've been more than patient with this company. Unreal.

The picture they sent me was terrible. When I asked to have them use a different picture to help them draw my dog better they were gonna charge me 10$. Instead I opted to cancel just to be told I'd be charged 6$. So I'm writing 6$ worth of reviews for this terrible site letting others know not to use it. You'd be better off going to Walmart photo center were they also make blankets for half the cost that actually look like you pet.

It is a scam! They have no customer service number and do not respond to emails. I paid for holiday rush shipping and have not received anything. My order has been in packing mode for 9 days now. I contacted my bank and file a claim and I hope they get shut down if enough people do file claims against them.

Do not order from this company!! I approved an image for a blanket I ordered and they printed a different image on the blanket I ended up receiving. I also ordered a pair of socks with one of the text backgrounds and they printed it at the very top of the sock with half the text cut off. It’s been more than a week trying to get a hold of someone in customer service and still no response regarding remaking my order or offering a refund. It’s a scam!!!

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I received my blanket on 12/9 and it had a picture of a random dog on it and not the cat that I had submitted to them. Their response time is absolutely ridiculous. It is now 12/20 and I STILL have not received a status on my corrected blanket. This is supposed to be a Christmas gift. I DO NOT recommend this company at all. Terrible customer service!!

If i could give 0 stars I would I got my package today but coming to find out it’s some other dog that I don’t even know ! And the wait time for a response is three days this was supposed to be a Christmas gift !!! You guys suck and I will never buy anything again from you !!!
