I ordered a blanket and stickers from this company. I did pay for holiday shipping. After a few emails to them with no response I decided to cancel the transaction with my credit card company. A day later (2 days after Christmas) my blanket finally arrived. In addition I finally got an email back apologizing for not getting back to me sooner. They also gave me a refund for the holiday shipping. The blanket was beautiful. They gave me tracking codes for the stickers and apologized profusely for the delay. I don’t think they’re a scam I just think they over stretched themselves. I’m in love with my blanket and the stickers that came. Try to stay patient!

I ordered 2 blankets. Took forever for every step of the process. Making art fixing the art took 2 weeks because even tho the emails I got every 2 days said it was fixed, nothing had changed and the site still said 72hrs for art to be complete. Took 4-7 days for a response from the company 2 different times. And then when I finally got my order, the day after Christmas, only one of them was what I ordered. I did not order a brown pitbull blanket (incase someone's looking for this blanket, let me know, and let me know if you've got my 2 cat blanket) I messaged the company right away and haven't heard anything from them yet. And the 2 stickers I ordered are missing as well. The only good thing I can say about this whole thing is that even tho I am clearly an annoyed customer, the people who emailed me back, even tho it takes forever, were very professional and tried to help the best they could. And the other is that the one blanket that I did get looks exactly like my aunt's dog and everyone loves it. Amazing job. So if you ever want to order from this company, better have an abundance of patience and order it 2 months in advance cause it's been a month already and I'm still waiting.

Paid extra money for guaranteed Christmas delivery. They missed it, without explanation or reason so no present to give person on Christmas. They NEVER respond to emails and have NO phone # to contact. Looking at their facebook page, they have done this to large numbers of people this holiday season. Company doesn't respond, just sits in silence as they ruined multiple Christmas presents.

Your ripping people on Christmas, I’ll be going to the bank tomarrow with this transaction an reporting it as a scam because that’s what it is, it says 90% excellent when most of the reviews are bad..

Ordered for Christmas and paid over $30 for rush shipping. They repeatedly ensured a guaranteed delivery by Christmas. It never arrived, and I just received an automated email saying my order is being packaged (2 days after Christmas) and that I’ll receive a shipping update in 3-4 days. Pathetic company, nearly zero responsiveness, horrible customer service, false promises.

I ordered a blanket for Christmas and paid extra for delivery by the holidays. Not only did I not get it, they didn’t communicate that it wasn’t going to arrive until after the holidays. I reached out multiple times with responses more than a week later. Do not use these folks. They are not set up for volume and I still haven’t been fully reimbursed.

Ordered a picture and mouse pad. Both came out really well. Shipped fast and received way before Christmas. Will order again. And this is a real review. Located in Calgary, AB Canada.

Was so excited to gift this, paid extra for holiday rush delivery with the word guerenteed. The website is filled with fake reviews as if you look at their Instagram or Facebook people want to tear them apart. Have been trying to get a hold of someone for 10 days now, no response no phone number nothing. Reporting it to my credit card tomorrow as fraud.
