This website is amazing! products are great quality, artwork is beautiful, and products do not take long at all to get to you! I've used the site multiple times to order things and I will definitely be continuing to use it! Customer service responds very quickly and is very helpful! I definitely recommend Pet Canva to all my friends and family and encourage anyone eyeballing it to go for it!

I’m always awful at picking out Christmas presents but as soon as I saw this I knew it would be perfect for my mom! She absolutely adores our dogs and I am beyond excited to see her reaction Christmas morning! I appreciate all the hard work that went into this, especially with putting both of my dogs on one blanket. I was absolutely speechless opening this and I can’t believe how soft it is. Thank you so much!!

Super disappointed. My boyfriend got me a blanket of my puppy for our anniversary but you can barely see him because the image is too dark. They didnt even show him what it would look like before they started making it. Once my boyfriend emailed them saying we would like to return it in exchange for one printed with a better picture they told us we couldn't do that but they could give us $15 off on our next purchase. You know, because people usually buy something else from that company when they were upset with their first order.

EDIT: I received an email from a customer service representative, who rectified the situation and I am now receiving the order I wanted. I was also contacted by the owner of PetCanva who has addressed my concerns and has gone over and above to make sure I don’t leave as an unhappy customer. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I’ve had a terrible experience with this company so far and haven’t even received the goods yet. Within 12 hours of placing my order I sent an email to their support team asking for my car to be added to the phone case (I only included my dog in the original order as I didn’t realise you could have two animals). They took 36 hours to respond to my email and said there was nothing they could do as the order was already with the artist. This was conveniently sent just 2 hours after I received a confirmation email that my order had just gone to the artist... if only they had looked at my email within 34 hours of me sending it and not 36! My order wouldn’t have yet been with the artist. I said I was not happy with this and asked them to either add the image of my cat or I would like a refund and would just pay for the digital file created by the artist. 48 hours later I received another response saying this wouldn’t be possible but if I’d like to add the digital file to my order that would be just fine for $12! What an absolute joke. If you have a simple order I’m sure they can process that just fine, but if you need any assistance don’t bother talking with their “support” team as they’re useless. They’ve done absolutely nothing to fix the situation and turn me into a happy customer!

I purchased a crop top through their site with my cats face on it . I ordered an XL on the site and made sure to review the sizing chart carefully before I ordered . It arrived in about 3 weeks which is normal since I had purchased a blanket from them before and it turned out great the first time I ordered off their site . This time was different . I opened my package and took the shirt out and it already had a huge hole in the seem of the arm sleeve . I didn’t tug on the shirt or anything it was folded with the hole showing . I thought okay , well I can just sew it if anything with some white thread. I put the shirt on ... and it’s no where near an XL like it said online . It fit like a small on me. And normally I wear just a large or medium in some cases . I wanted a crop top that was a little baggier and not skin tight. It was so small that it came to legit right under my bust , no room for movement . I emailed the support email they have online and told them my situation . They replied and stated I could not get a refund due to it being personalized , I could either get the same thing sent to me in the same size or get something else for 17 dollars more . Even though I already shelled out 50 dollars for this damn shirt that I won’t be getting back . I stated that I’m not spending more money on something that doesn’t fit and can’t guarantee it won’t be ruined when it arrives again . Today I recieved another crop top in the mail even though I stated I didn’t want another one , because IT DOESNT FIT , so now I have two shirts I can’t wear instead of one . And as I’m inspecting the shirt , like I did with the other one . There’s another hole in the same spot. A little smaller , but still a hole . And still a shirt I can’t wear . The fact that they don’t refund is rediculous and annoying . I basically just wasted 50 on a piece of junk . Not a good experience and never buying from them again ...

Ordered for mother's day. The site had a large banner at the top of it's pages saying " last hours to get it before mother's day" knew I was close so I paid for expedited shipping for the two pillows I ordered. They arrived the Wednesday after mother's day and one had very bad centering. (Pic: imgur(dot)com/a/6JTJmLA) Won't order for them again

product turned out great, awesome customer service

Great! After a poor experience with “sprint your pet” I came here! Order around Christmas and received it in about 2 weeks and it’s was amazing!!!! I only wish there was an option to review the animated picture before it continued going through processing, I was worried the photo would be a black blob, but it came out beautifully and it is SO soft! Great buy!
