REVIEW UPDATE: I've finally received my order from Pet Canva. The cartoon image of my dog and the blanket quality is fantastic. I am updating my review to 4/5 stars as shipping to Australia took longer than expected and their communication during the Christmas period was lacking. Overall, I'm happy with the final product. Old review: Three weeks ago I ordered an expensive blanket from Pet Canva. They withdrew the money from my account immediately yet I have still not received any confirmation receipt or delivery information. I have reached out to Pet Canva four times and haven't received any response whatsoever. I'm so disappointed, I thought by ordering the blanket in November I would have it in time for Christmas, but I dont think I'll ever get it. Don't give this website your money unless you want it thrown down the drain.

This is the second time I’ve purchased a product from petcanva. The work is professional and fulfilled quickly. We have recommended the products to all of our pet owner friends!

I purchased the clear Custom Pet Phone Case and I am 100% satisfied with it. Not only is it a great and durable case, the art is very well done and I will enjoy having my furry best friend on the back on my phone; I've already gotten so many compliments on it! Also, the customer service is excellent! I had many questions about the case and they were all answered within five minutes and the person that helped me out was incredibly kind and helpful. I paid extra for the guaranteed delivery before christmas option and man I was not disappointed, it arrived even before December! I am excited and looking forward to purchasing more items from PetCanva!

SCAM! I ordered my blanket November 11th. To be safe, I paid a surcharge guaranteed delivery before Christmas. They withdrew the money immediately, which is fine. It went through all the steps, got my artwork reviewed and went to printing and packaging. That's where the problems came in. My order has been in packaging for three weeks now. Christmas is now in ten days. I have been trying to contact them via email, the portal, and Facebook for almost two weeks to try and get any information at all to try and find out what's going on and I can get NO response from them whatsoever. There is no customer support number and their email inbox is full and not accepting messages. If you go to their Facebook posts and check the comments you will see almost all the comments are other people experiencing this same issue of them taking money, and then just seeing no movement, and getting no support response. Their Facebook page will respond to people inquiring about purchases (and still telling people they can still get their order prior to Christmas!!!!) But not responding whatsoever to the myriads of posts about them not delivering on their products. I will be filing a fraudulent charge claim with my bank if it does not arrive before Christmas.

I bought this blanket for my husband for Christmas before he gets deployed so he can “bring the dogs with him”! It’s such a cute gift to start but when it arrived and I felt the blanket I was surprised! The blanket is so soft and cozy I now want one for myself! I know he’s going to love it, I can’t wait to see his reaction!

What a great experience! This is my first time ordering anything from PetCanva and I will be ordering from them in the future. The canva looked amazing, and it came within a week of ordering the item. Their customer service is great, they really make you feel like you matter as a customer. Look forward to ordering from them again! Five stars!

Pet canva was amazing! They worked quickly and were super understanding! Their work is amazing and I’m constantly recommending it to everyone and even my aunt is getting ready to make her first order after seeing my friend’s gift! 😊
