I ordered 2 items,I had an email to say the order had been dispatched money was taken out of my account immediately. I then received a later email to say one item was no longer in stock. I waited for the money to be returned to my account after a few days I rang to see what was going on, I was told sorry it would be passed onto the finance department to be looked into. I don't think it's good enough that money is taken immediately, but paying back is not immediate

Could I score them lower, without a shadow of doubt. You get poor service, no delivery, no communication and the list of under performance continues. Gave them a second chance. NEVER EVER AGAIN. DO NOT USE THEM. I placed 2 orders and never received it

Placed an order for dog food for around £50. Was told it would be delayed. Ok problems happen. Then had another email saying it would be delivered on Friday. Waited in then was sent an email saying it had been delivered. It hadn't. Then they sent another email saying it would be delivered on Saturday. Waited in and yet another email saying it had been delivered. This time I checked the email for a contract number and noticed that it had been delivered to an address that I had lived at 5 years ago!! It was ordered via PayPal. I checked and it had my correct address but beneath it was still my old address! Strangely I use PayPal regularly and no other retailer had managed to make that mistake. Emailed them but basically got an email back saying I should have checked the address. Won't be using them again.

This company is terrible to order from. They have taken my order and my money but have not delivered the goods. I have tried to phone them but their lines are closed for the day(9.45am) . Do not deal with them there are better sites out there. I have this feeling I have been conned.

Ordered 15 kg bag Chappie complete dog dog on the 29/4/25. Allegedly dispatched on the 1/5/25. Still no food delivered. Apparently being delivered via Amazon shipping. Rang petsupermarket yesterday but no answer, obviously they didn't have to work the bank holiday. Sent an email yesterday ( bank holiday Monday ). According to the email I should have received a reply within 24 hours. No reply! Tried contacting Amazon Shipping with a tracking number but to no avail. I'm now left in a position with barely any dog food left!!!!!!!!!!!

I brought 4 tubes of EZ Dog Toothpaste in there east Hollywood Fl store late last year just before that store closed down for good, about 2 mo. ago I saw on the last tube package it exp on 04/22 so the other 3 tubes did also they don't check there stock in the store for exp dates , l contact the CEO of pet supermarket by email about this issue and never reply back their customer service dept is very bad . I will not shop them anymore and my family/friends will not too! J.B.

Delivery late AGAIN. Blaming everyone except themselves. NOT willing to process a refund until the item is delivered. Advised to WAIT 24hours. Unfortunately my dog needs fed and doesn't understand that he can't eat for 24 hours.

This company is completely fraudulent! They show products on their website with incorrect pictures. They also show the same products on Google with the incorrect pictures. They do this as a bait and switch tactic. When I placed and order and received the wrong product, they refused to do anything and then blamed me for not knowing the product. Unbelievable!
