From the beginning of Day 1 to the end of Day 3, I felt as if though I was in an actual bootcamp. It was a nonstop, high level, Real Estate for Multifamily acquisitions training that once done, I felt and feel prepare to conquer T.D. got us ready for war. There is much more to learn, but the education presented is a great platform from where great deals will come.

Eric Charredon crushed it this weekend. He added great value to the class and is very knowledgeable in multifamily.

This is a very good learning experience for me and I’m glad I made this step. Thank you Tyler.

The material presented was amazing, my only negative critique would be the lack of diversity. The only female there was getting coffee or tea for the (Eric) the presentation speaker. This was definitely a missed opportunity.

Everyone was awesome!!! The way they made us feel like family and especially our personal strategist. Jud Tolman was our strategist and right off the bat he made me feel like I was his brother. He listened to me and my wife and gave us great insight and encouragement. We felt like ALL the strategists were very welcoming and are beautiful people. There’s lots of information and they did a great job helping us through it but I was so impressed with how Jim Anderson explained in detail not only how the Multifamily Mindset works but also how we fit in and bring value. Words can’t describe how this workshop not only gave me a new vehicle to succeed but most importantly how it’s already changed my mindset and that is worth endless amounts of money. My husband and I attended a free 2-hour event where Todd provided valuable information and did an excellent job, sparking our interest to learn more. He offered a 3-day course for 1,495 for two people, outlining everything we would be taught, which seemed like a reasonable price for the value promised, so we decided to enroll. During the 3-day course, Jim Anderson was the main speaker, accompanied by "strategists" Dj, Cyndi, Todd, Jeremy, Andrew (Jim’s son), and Tiffany (Tyler’s sister). The course consisted of 50% educational content and 50% personal anecdotes and travel stories from the speakers. While understanding the importance of connecting with the instructors and learning about their transformative journeys, I found it off-putting that educational segments were cut short to make room for personal stories. The emphasis on personal experiences seemed like a tactic to build an emotional connection and potentially encourage further investment. Participants were asked to fill out a form detailing their income, credit score, and assets, which I suspect was used to assign a "strategist" based on individual profiles and interactions with the instructors. Towards the end, they introduced a 40k mentorship opportunity for one year, without any guarantees of sponsorship or commitment, only offering a sense of "hope" that they might invest in you if you join. This reliance on "hope" as a persuasion tool raised concerns for me, as it felt manipulative and potentially misleading. Given the substantial financial commitment requested based on uncertain outcomes, I firmly believe in conducting thorough due diligence. We extensively researched their education company "The Multifamily Mindset," "MF Capital Investment," each co-founder Tyler, Ryan, and Todd, as well as all the strategists present, to verify their credibility and reputation. We carefully examined both positive and negative reviews, checked for any legal issues, and confirmed their legitimacy with the relevant state authorities. After thorough investigation, we decided that these were NOT the kind of individuals we wanted to engage in business with and definitely not invest 40k, but we completed the course to make the most of our investment. While approximately 28 individuals invested in the 40k mentorship, I sincerely hope they undertook the same level of research we did to ensure it was the right decision for them. It is crucial that they are not risking their savings or retirement funds blindly. My wish is that Multifamily Mindset provides genuine guidance and support to help them achieve success, as it would be disheartening to see anyone misled and sacrificed 40k.
