This was such an informative 3-day workshop in Multi-family Real Investing. Although the training moved at an intense pace and there was a lot of information, I learned so much. They also provided additional tools such as a workbook, templates, and exercises that you could do on your own to prepare for the next day's session. It was not only informational but inspirational and motivational. Although the prices for 3 programs offered were a bit of a sticker shock, I believe that for those who are able to pay for it, the training provided on Multi-family Real Estate investing would be invaluable. My plan is to borrow the money to take the beginning program.

I did the 3 day online intensive. Overall I did get a few pearls out of it so was glad I signed up. Tyler and his team are very knowledgeable and it was helpful that he was able to use actual deal scenarios during the discussions. The program is definitely geared for people with no experience in real estate though, which was a bummer for me. I had hoped he would go more into the weeds on underwriting and operations. The sales pitch started pretty heavy on day 2 and continued through day 3 which is a big turn off for me personally, but I guess that’s to be expected with these programs. The flow of the program was a bit disjointed at times and sometimes it was hard to connect the dots on where Tyler was going with things. While I likely would not do another program like this with Peak, I’m grateful for the opportunity and was very impressed with the Teams experience and success.

Let me first say wow, I have done a lot of trainings to unfortunately find that it is not worth the one thing I had to give which is time. Many times the price is so phenomenal that I stop paying attention stop watching. this left me asking and being where I am today this is also still financially true but the key word is today. The man is genuine not a stuffed shirt full of cash and BS information but a bit of humor with the willingness to step in and say hey your slacking.. 18 hours was absolutely worth every minute be prepared to be asked to be a part of your future as it should be. If you have that money do it let God your gut whatever you call it, listen. I have gained more than knowledge. I now understand what real actions to take not just more BS.

Since I was at work most of the event, I was listen but est not able to engage the way I needed to however this has given me a perceptiveness of some of the actions I need to take to further my experience and drive for this industry and build my network. I am a beginner but with guidance I know I am able to achieve the goal that I have set for myself and the ones I’ll be taken the responsibility for. There is a lot of information that I really didn’t know to progress here. Thank you very much for your patience.

Peak Multifamily is so knowledgeable! I’ve attended many real estate trainings and have never experienced this level of detail. From start to end Tyler taught 6 hours straight and covered so much ground. I can’t even believe it is more to it. Tyler and his consultants are experts in the Multifamily Business. I especially enjoyed learning how to underwrite and how to approach brokers. I still have work to do on the underwriting side.

Sustain - the process walk through Improve - the amount of time spent sidetracking. I understand the ripper and story time but could the conversion be better taking less time than 3 - 8r days?

Number one, Tyler you’re a great host. You are very relatable to people. The content I received this priceless. It was basically a gift for $47. I really enjoyed hearing other people‘s questions because those are questions that I might’ve thought about later, but didn’t ask. The tempo stayed upbeat. if I had any negative it was about getting just a few more minutes on the breaks to eat some food lol thank you for having desire to tell others change their lives

The first time I attended the PEAK class, it was all brand new to me! I had so much to learn, and I still do. 😊 Coming back for the second time was so valuable. It’s amazing to look back and realize how much I’ve learned already, while knowing there’s still so much more to learn! I would absolutely recommend PEAK to anyone interested in Multifamily investing. It’s been such a valuable part of our journey, and I’m excited to keep learning and growing! 🙌🏼🏢
