What made my experience great? Well I would say just about everything. I learned so much during the 3 days of the seminar. From Jim who was instructing ( training) during the helpful strategist and coordinator, I cannot say enough. The only downfall was the freezing room which they had no control over.

The experience for me was great due to it being my first time going to one. The speaker was great and well-versed, knowledgeable about the products. The sponsors were also great with breaking down the components of multi-investing

staff was friendly, upbeat, helpful and caring. they were also funny and engaging which made experience pleasant.

Everyone has done an outstanding job at explaining in detail the entire process. I’m excited for day three.

We went to the 3 day event and laugh, cried, and most importantly got motivated to work on our life goals NOW!! Tyler and his team are the best; we would highly recommend for everyone who is ready to grow and take their goals to the next level. MFM ROCKS!!!

A lot of useful information packed into 3 days. Ideal for those who either own or manage properties or those who want to learn how to acquire larger apartment buildings. They obviously have a proven system, and it was highly beneficial to attend the three days although I knew that there was going to be a large upsell. The upsell is unavoidable and is the true cost of attending the seminar, but it was worth it considering all of the good advice and good networking. The presenter, Eric, was motivational and very helpful with clear instructions on various situations related to the syndication process. My strategist, DJ, was another no-nonsense, inspirational success story. I told him up front that I am not ready to commit to any upsell, and he worked with me regardless. He gave me his list of best business books as well as various tactics he uses to operate at high levels so that he and his family can enjoy life at the highest level. This seminar truly does inspire to think bigger, dream bigger, and make a lasting impact while helping others.
