I did the 3 day online intensive. Overall I did get a few pearls out of it so was glad I signed up. Tyler and his team are very knowledgeable and it was helpful that he was able to use actual deal scenarios during the discussions. The program is definitely geared for people with no experience in real estate though, which was a bummer for me. I had hoped he would go more into the weeds on underwriting and operations. The sales pitch started pretty heavy on day 2 and continued through day 3 which is a big turn off for me personally, but I guess that’s to be expected with these programs. The flow of the program was a bit disjointed at times and sometimes it was hard to connect the dots on where Tyler was going with things. While I likely would not do another program like this with Peak, I’m grateful for the opportunity and was very impressed with the Teams experience and success.

The team was very receiving and knowledgeable of their craft. I was very comfortable in this environment from the start of this process. The only drawback was the upfront money. Most people are very hesitant about the amount of money being requested to start and that was mine problem. If I was in a better position, I would have continued. Unfortunately, my current situation didn’t support my desires but I’m not ruling out this process in the near future. Hope to see you guys soon. Take care PEAK family.

The below portion of my review was written while I was attending the Boot Camp session after the first day. There were some concerns that I had with this company. One, a REIT fund with the fund manager's headquarters in Hawaii one of the most expensive real estate markets in the world. Two the people that I encountered at the free introductory session mostly seemed like employees, not investors. Only two of the four present could carry on a conversation about real estate investing in a knowledgeable fashion. My biggest concern was, "Are they on a fishing expedition?" Meaning are they churning the market pumping people up and then when deals pop up on the radar are they outbidding their students on those deals. What I learned in two days. Peak Multifamily and/or Multifamily Capital Partners appear to be rather desperate to raise money. Again, why I question a REIT with a headquarters in Hawaii. One must expect to invest some money in order to get value out of an education. A big issue lies in the ask during the boot camp session. You are being asked to pay for access to AI generated data sets, self-employed coaches and you may or may not ever get connected with a sponsor, that is ultimately up to the sponsor. One of the "coaches" was boasting about "infinite banking" which is more akin to infinite ignorance, look it up and then think carefully what it requires. The fellow that showed up for the event via Zoom on the boot camp I attended told a completely different version of his story at our boot camp than he did in his podcast interview. The fact that he is an active executive suite employee was not included in his interview in the podcast. Peak Multifamily overall is ALL OVER the place and has challenges with follow through on everything except defending themselves in the online reviews of their company. The education is worth something, it's up to you to decide how much. Peak Multifamily is the real deal! This type of opportunity is not for everyone, but if you are willing to be open minded and grow, it is a great opportunity. They are a very real company with real money in the real estate game. I have personally met members of the Peak Multifamily network and they sincerely want to help people realize their dreams.

As someone with real estate investment experience, I was not impressed with the level of education I received, although what was delivered was extremely necessary information, it was not structured or in depth that I was looking for $1,500. The instructor, although extremely knowledgeable and personable (a great guy, actually, as well as the entire team) jumped around continuously throughout the workbook, for the 3 days of training. I am certain there was a logical reason for this, however, for me I would have liked a more linear, structured learning process. Maybe the success rate is better in the way it was done. But again, I would have preferred it the way described earlier. Speaking of success, I left feeling I paid $1,500 to be pitched a $40,000 network. I believe the network is extremely valuable, and one that I may eventually join (@the $40,000) but i am extremely disappointed that I paid for the offer. Too much time , and I am probably being generous when I say 30% (it was perhaps half on some segments) was spent on selling the network. Huge disappointment. I have never been in a situation where I paid to be sold.

Thoroughly enjoyed Jim, the presenter. The 3-day experience is packed with a wealth of knowledge and delivered with great detail. Did not like finding out 1/2 way through day 2 that we are expected to come up with more money ($40,000) out of pocket, on the spot, for us to be mentored within the program. Very discouraging when we already don't have any money. Basically made my partner and I feel like we shouldn't be there and right back to where we started. Best of luck to all those who are able to pay $40,000.

I did not appreciate the deceptive methods used to get people into the seminar. We were not told about the continued need for additional charges for joining the network

Great course. However I would like to there to be less discussion or non-course related material.

This was a decent seminar. Good basic information and basic ideas were presented. I was hoping we would break into small groups and help each other analyze at least one deal that attendees brought. There was too much pressure to make a decision at the event. Since the presenters are all real estate investors, they would not allow themselves to be put in a position to make an emotionally based decision in such a short amount of time. I understand that is the point of the seminar - to get people to make a purchase. I have no doubt that 1-2 attendees will be successful with this mentoring program and close a deal. I'm still in the "Due Diligence" phase.
