Jim was awesome he made learning a breeze. Ellie, Bo, Justin and Tiffany were always available for questions. Jim gave real life examples of his investments and that definitely encouraged me with his family vacations letting all at the workshop it is real and attainable if we work and don’t quit. Ellie was a great example of this. Looking forward to becoming part of the team.

There is clearly a lot of money being made in the multi family syndication space. There is clearly a lot of opportunity in it too. The three day course was sold as a data dense training event, who's training could stand alone. The way the company structured it, the training that was delivered in the three day event will be hard to apply without the $40k year long training package they sold hard all weekend. I was frustrated because there was only about a days worth of training built into these three days. The rest was antidotal or related to sales and promotion of the $40k subscription to join the mentorship network. Without the mentorship subscription the info I did gain will be very difficult to apply successfully. So I'm out $1500 cash and three days of my life..... Until I can allocate 40k to a training subscription and the time and attention it will take to find success in this industry. I have no doubt that those who buy the subscription AND follow through on the action items find success. I'm only disappointed that I PAID for a training that was mostly a 40k sales pitch, and that the info I did gain will be very difficult to apply without the full subscription.

Dude, Tyler, come on. That was truly amazing. I’ve been to these types of events before. I’ve answered the “what’s my why?” question so many times but I’ve never gotten it right. I’ve always said “provide for my family” I already spend time with them and I do provide I would do anything I need to do to provide for them. It’s deeper. I have learned from your vulnerability this week what my why truly is (and it only took until day 3.) my why is now “To be worthy of my wife and kids’ belief in me that I will achieve the dreams I have for myself.” I gotta transform my whole character in the process. Thank you, I have something to drive me now.

The training by Multi Family Mindset’s team is awesome. What sets this training apart from other real estate opportunities is the nature of the niche and the granularity of the content they share. This training is done by rockstar real estate investing professionals that have created a realtime working system for the complex but rewarding multi family apartment industry. These are deals complete with a network of investors, sponsors and all the pieces and specialists that multimillion dollar property investing requires. The team are graduates from all walks of life that have already used the training and resources provided to close multiple deals. My wife and I have now have the confidence we will soon benefit from this life changing opportunity! We are so grateful!

True to its name, the multifamily mindset class definitely changes the mindset and motivation of the atendee.

All MultiFamily Mindset representatives were welcoming, mindful, and encouraging. The environment and energy in the room felt like people were rooting for you and that they were there for you. It made me want to work harder and felt like I would have help when I needed it. I’m grateful!
