Since I was at work most of the event, I was listen but est not able to engage the way I needed to however this has given me a perceptiveness of some of the actions I need to take to further my experience and drive for this industry and build my network. I am a beginner but with guidance I know I am able to achieve the goal that I have set for myself and the ones I’ll be taken the responsibility for. There is a lot of information that I really didn’t know to progress here. Thank you very much for your patience.

Sustain - the process walk through Improve - the amount of time spent sidetracking. I understand the ripper and story time but could the conversion be better taking less time than 3 - 8r days?

Excellent workshop. The manual was a game changer. The energy of presenters was high, team leads very responsive and helpful. Only downfall for me was took a bit to kick off. Too much rambling and I’m more get down to business. The late ending killed me at 9:30pm every night but otherwise great content and very useful and engaging.

It was a great experience very rushed, lingo was a bit to get used to, moved very quickly

Over the 3 days I attended training for 3 days for 495 and I believe that it was money well spent, a lot of the class acted like they were surprised when the 1st day Conner are teacher told everyone let’s get the elephant out and told us there is an optional $39997 program available, I like to think most people aren’t children but a lot of people just don’t get it or for some reason seem surprised, I fully expected there was an upsell. Now realistically a lot of people want the end result but there not really wanting to do the work necessary to get the result they want, I’ve seen it all my life. I think I may start a company that truly does it for them with a payment arrangement like a franchise, but I couldn’t guarantee results past getting it to work and make money, but for the same reason not past that, people are lazy so I couldn’t depend on them to keep up with the work to keep it going. Most people want it to be like investing in a stock market with someone that takes there money but runs it for them😎 ,

I am learning a lot and am grateful for such.

Was a very detailed, informative, and well organized event. The presenter, Eric Chadderdon, was clear, knowledgeable, and did a great job at commanding the attention of the students while allowing us to jump in with any questions we may have had at that moment. The rest of the PEAK MF Team was fantastic to work with as well. Everyone was more than willing to help in anyway they could and projected really positive energy throughout the entire 72 hour seminar. The only thing I would change about the presentation itself is that I noticed when we, the students, were asked to complete the Underwriting Case Studies that the tables being projected onto the screens in front of the class didn’t exactly match the ones in the booklets handed out to each us. While the design was slightly different between the two I believe if the layout for both items could be aligned exactly it would reduce the amount of confusion on the part of the students and, I think, increase the number of people who could accurately complete each exercise resulting in more students being able to render an informed decision about whether to move forward with a particular deal or not. Having said all that, I would definitely recommend the workshop to anyone interested in learning about how to acquire multi unit/family properties. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!

The coursework is well done, but felt it was vague in places where I needed more detail. Assuming it will cone in the next level of study. Great in thinking about topics different. Mindset training call helped immensely. Coach Chris is a gem, and made it way, WAY better.
