Trustpilot has received my proof, just as law enforcement has received my evidence. UNDENIABLE FACTS: THEFT: They are illegally withholding funds from multiple victims (including me). ILLEGAL DATA HARVESTING: They have NO legal right to collect passports, addresses, and especially facial biometrics! They are weaponizing these sensitive data points while refusing to pay. REPEAT OFFENDERS: This is their second exit scam. The criminal pattern is identical to the previous one. DO NOT WASTE TIME. Contact INTERPOL or EUROPOL immediately (a simple email is enough). Create the paper trail before they disappear. ================ This is not a "service disruption"; this is a calculated exit scam (the second one in their history). Had been using with no issues for months, then they terminated my card without warning and for no reason. I had to contact support who said I could request a refund for the remaining credit balance (almost $4K USD) and that it would take up to 5 days. It has now been 10 days and I have not received any replies from the support ticket/chat system which previously responded. I have referred this matter to my attorney for legal remedies as I thought this was a legitimate company with a doxxed C-Suite etc. They have stolen my money and from the other reviews I see seem to have done this to tons of users. Even worse, I had referred several friends and they ALSO had this happen to them. Unbelievable.
