As is typical of so many crypto projects that don't really pan out, this one too 'pivoted' to funding itself by selectively stealing customers' funds under the guise of KYC/AML. They might pay out every once in a while to a few of their victims to maintain a veneer of legitimacy, but this shouldn't fool anyone. Are you willing to doxx yourself to a third party for a very slim chance of getting your money back? To jump through arbitrary hoops and deal with barely functioning support? Mr Kruger appreciates your donation.

I’ve been unable to complete the verification required to withdraw my funds for months. Whenever I click “Get Verified,” nothing opens or happens, so I’m unable to proceed with the verification process or access my money. I’ve contacted support, but the issue remains unresolved. This is extremely frustrating, especially when my funds are effectively locked because of a verification system that doesn’t work.

My account was restricted, even though I hadn't done anything other than create a card. One day, I simply logged into my account, everything was fine, but then I was immediately logged out, and after logging in, I was told my account was restricted. According to customer support, this was supposedly due to a risk factor being identified. When I asked to delete my account, they denied it because a risk factor was identified. It's a vicious cycle. This service is useless. And after such restrictions, you simply won't be able to do anything and will simply lose your money. Be careful, and better yet, avoid this unreliable service.

This site is a scamming site. Once you deposite your funds, you can be sure 100% that you can't get your funds back. I asked them to send my funds to the address which I deposited it from, but they refused it and continues to ask me to pass ID verification that has never been asked when depositing funds. This is totally a scamming site and even on Trustpilot, their response are all the same. "We understand this situation is frustrating. Once the required account verification is completed, refunds are processed in accordance with our policies." Please don't use this platform. It's 100% scam
