I had a problem with depositing money. I sent the USDC on eth network instead of polygon. Messaged customer support and they resolved it relatively fast. Finally a website without an AI assistant, waiting a few hours is definitely better than getting the same response everyone gets from a robot.

I couldn't determine whether the negative reviews here are legitimate or just a defamation campaign. To be fair, some of the reviews make sense as some merchandises block certain card providers and its cards from time to time. It's nice to consider that point before trying this type of services. Anyway, for me, I've used the card issued in three different services and it went through on every payment so far. With that being said, let me complain that the transaction fee of reloadable cards being $1.00 at a minimum is too expensive especially when you pay small amount of dollars. At this point, Unless you're in certain circumstances, I RECOMMEND using non-reloadable card as it has no fee, although it expires in two months. While some people are leaving negative reviews, I think it's worth to try this service if you're looking for this type of services as the minimum deposit is only $5. As a note, you should avoid using USDT over TRON as the network fee is just too expensive.

Last supplier whom they uswed for visa cards just stopped coopertaion and all cards were delted. They promissed to return money back on the credit account but it did not happen. The investigation which they started has no result and they just keep silence. More than 1000 usd my personla loss and I know lots of my friends buyers who have up to 8 000 usd loss there!!! It is a huge scam machine!!! update 18 Sept. They finally returned my money to me by their credit account. I take my words back about scam machine but still the ivestigation took about 2-3 months which is too much long

This site used to be great, but now every merchant in the US declines the cards, even new cards. Apple even billed it but then never sent me my items, so I refunded them but now my account is empty. 200$ down the hole. Wish I could get a refund but their policy is strict no-refund. If you are planning on using this site, be wary that you may very well be unable to use the card where you would like. UPDATE: I was refunded, thank you. Card did not work anywhere though.

Only work minority website. Most of website block virtual card. But paypal works! it's good.
