Extremely fast, friendly, and easy to get my Black Desert Online refund with these guys. They work secure, have their facts straight and it doesn't matter when you email them, there's a very high chance you'll get a response within the hour (if not virtually instant). I lost 4k USD with them. Stay away they shutdown the account and keep your money for 6 months and then they will tell you that there is a fine form MasterCard for 6k USD against you, without showing you this fine!!! Ridiculous , see you in court

Seit dem 23.11.2020 habe ich meine Rückerstattung veranlasst. Heute ist der 14.12.2020 und bis heute kam kein Cent zurück auf mein Konto. Jedes mal kriege ich den selben Spruch, dass das Team dran arbeitet und es bald einzahlen wird. Eine Rückzahlung braucht MAXIMAL 1 Woche!! Wenn das so weiter geht werde ich rechtliche Schritte einleiten um an mein Geld zu kommen.
