I have the pax3, and the battery is only lasting 15 minutes instead of the 90 minutes advertised. I've asked customer service for a battery replacement, but they refused, because the device lights up correctly at the start, so they made the assumption that my device is fine. Obviously the light knows better than me... I would definitely recommend going for another vape, as their customer service is really appaling As it seems to show from a lot of reviews, I'm not the only one with an issue with Pax.

I have been trying to reach Pax for months! I'm ready to throw my device in the trash. I will never buy a pax again, as the warranty is meaningless, if you cannot spend all, your time tying to get help. I have devoted enough effort, I'm done! I'm really disappointed! Look, give us support, or you will soon be out of business

I purchased a pax 3 on February 12th and around the 15th, I realized I had been charged for two units. The first unit was delivered on the 26th, after being promised delivery on the 17th. The next day another unit arrived. I have repeatedly placed issue tickets on their website and no one had yet to respond to me. I now have 2 units when I ordered only one and I cannot get PAX to respond and to let me know how to return it for my refund. I like the product, but will NEVER purchase from them again. They have the worst customer service ever. I will seek other means of getting my money back, but know that they do not care and are content to take my money with no customer service. BOOOOOOOO!

Well, where do I start. I had high hopes for this device after 3 models (all with the same problem) and lots of blue lights of death, the 10-year warranty somehow is void. I wouldn't bother buying, customer service don't care, thet clearly don't know what they're doing. As long as they have your well earned money they couldn't care less. DO NOT BUY.

I have been using the Pax for many months now (maybe 2 years or so, could even be longer 😄 time goes by so fast ) and it works great. Always. After some really bad support experiences with other companies over the last few weeks, I remembered PAX Labs as a shining star. Have never had such a fast, competent and friendly online service before! The story: Some time ago I lost a part of my PAX (definitely my own fault) and had no opportunity to order a new one from germany, nowhere, no chance…. So I contacted the support via Email to ask for help. They answered immediately (as I remember in about 30 minutes) and were really friendly in an outstanding manner. I was asked about the matter, explained my problem and they INSTANTLY SHIPPED the missing part, which I received WITHIN 2 DAYS…. for FREE. 💪🏻✨ I‘m still amazed by that and often speaking about it, when talking with someone about (so called) support. ☺️

I ordered my PAX 3 from Herbalize Store UK. Lots of problems with the order delay but that's not my issue here. IT heats up. There is some draw at the beginning but far from satisfactory. The concentrate oven is useless. I dont believe it's designed well enough to conduct vapour satisfactorily. As I've used it once, I dont expect to be able to claim a refund. I had similar issues with the Firefly 2 (also to be avoided). Dishonest glowing reviews on YouTube, etc. The downloadable app and forum for PAX Labs is also useless. Don't believe them. Stick with the Mighty or Arizer Solo 2. Both far superior. I say this having bought several different vapes over the past 6 years.

Had to file a warranty claim for a Pax 1. Turns out "upgraded" design for Pax 2 requires you to place your bottom lip on extremely hot metal for extended periods of time to produce a decent draw. Pax refused to send a raised mouthpiece (like the Pax 1) instead of a flat mouthpiece because of an unnecessary warranty policy. Instead they offered 25% off a purchase through their online store. This discount equated to free shipping on a $20 purchase. I ordered on Dec 30, and here we are Jan 13 with no order fulfilled. Again, 2 weeks later they still haven't sent items I've been charged for. Online chat support is "unavailable" during their posted business hours, and there definitely isn't a phone number to call. I guess I should be happy they honored a 10-yr warranty but this follow-up service has been disappointing to say the least.

Order PAX 3 from PAX Labs as a Christmas present. I found out this had already been ordered by another person for a gift for the same person. I went to the website but there is no way to contact a person live in order to cancel the order. I had to send an email. The email was sent on the 19th. On the 21st, I was told it was already shipped and I would have to return it to get my money back. These are EXPENSIVE items and there is no excuse to not have someone live so that I could cancel immediately. I will NEVER buy from them again. Buyer beware!!!
