My device stopped working after only 4 months (PAX Mini) and when I reached out to customer service about it, they sent me a response that was clearly AI-generated, based on that fact that it completely ignored the video and photo that I'd attached to my message showing the issue and my proof of purchase. Then, after I responded, they ghosted me completely. This company is trash; don't waste your money.

I have had several PAX vapes before I bought the PAX 4. I didn’t even need it since my packs from a couple years ago was still working fine. I just thought bigger plumes would be cool. And I thought I had their warranty straight in my head from the last pAX products I had bought. Then I find out that once you even open the cardboard box your PAX comes in you have voided your warranty. So in other words, they can sell you trash in a box and if you open the box, we have no recourse about the trash. It’s a sh!tty thing to do to any customers, let alone long term repeat customers expecting a certain standard. I will never buy aPAX product again because of that. What’s wrong is it won’t hold a charge which is very important for a portable device. It does not get big plums. It gets small plumes. Really small plumes. A lot of times it’s just air. I will give it one star cause it does taste good, this air that comes out of your PAX and also because you can’t play unless you at least give it one star. This cost me $200, I didn’t need it and it is a drastically inferior product to the one I have. My bad.

Pax mini stopped producing vapor after about three months..All the horrible reviews about Pax customer support are true..The latest tactic,is their old 'they can't view the simple mp4 video file and can't proceed with the warranty, this comes up several times on their reviews.I have since bought the POTV Lobo and love it. Wa. State has a very strict and aggressive attorney general office, I plan on filing a complaint with them and also the BBB After the threats, they sent me a new Pax 4, said the mini was discontinued..So far I really like it, I even got a great discount on the must have water pipe adapter and the tapered mouth piece. It goes through a charge real fast as some reviews have stated..Not much faith it Pax, hopefully it will last s year

Genuinely frustrating. I sent an email explaining my pax was out of warranty but would there be a way of fixing a defective button even if I had to pay for it. I get an AI generated response saying I’m no longer covered by warranty and … for more info how a warranty works click here. It’s basically customer service gaslighting. Considering I paid for their product, it would be wonderful for a human to reply with some suggestions rather than a cold email that proves 0% of my initial ask was processed because an AI system could figure out what was needed beyond the word warranty and date of expiration.

My 1 year old Pax 3 broke. Customer service said they'd replace it within 7 days. Then they said a replacement isn't available and when one is, they'll be in touch. I asked for it to be escalated to the manager as this is unacceptable to wait indefinitely. No response since then, even when I've followed up a couple of times. They've basically brushed me off and refuse to honour their warranty! I will never recommend them again, nor buy their products. I'm telling all my friends, and theyre telling theirs and so on.

Great vaper, bit hot on the handle,got some great burns from my buds, goes well with a dynavap. Cheers Sam

The Pax 4 is by far the worse Pax by far, even worse than the pax mini. Over heats and turns off straight away. What a waste of money. I’ll never use pax again. Pax 2 ok, pax3 ok pax plus ok pax mini garbage and the pax 4 a complete waste of money. This product should close them down. I’ve had it TWO WEEKS
