The pax 3 is a well engineered piece with some downsides
The pax 3 is a well engineered piece with some downsides
1 you have to have location on all the time on your phone when you use the app
2 you can't take it into direct sunlight, so no vaping outside in the day
3 you can't open the oven when its hot
4 you can't charge it when its hot
Great warranty though

I really love this product overall and…
I really love this product overall and have only had quality experiences with customer service. I had a pax 3 stop charging, and reached out to customer service. They took my information and the serial number, and then sent me a new pax 3. I am surprised to hear that they weren’t able to help out some other customers and am sorry to learn they let some people down. To me, they are a great company with a great product, but definitely far from the best. The system itself will work no problem, but if you like to get the most out of your herb, you probably want to have the unit running at a high temperature. If you do this, the unit will literally become too hot to hold. So hot to the point you will be passing it from hand to hand like a hot potato. The company should be offering a sleeve to put around the body of the unit, like a foam koozie, because it is not worth using anywhere outside on the summer. It also requires a lot of cleaning. I also have used The Mighty from Storz and Bickel, and it doesn’t require near the same amounts of cleaning. So the Pax 3 is a solid product and is great for the winter months lol. It’s definitely a great choice for people buying their first flower vape. Also, don’t bother using any concentrate in it. The company advertises that the Pax 3 can vape concentrate, but I’ve tried it multiple times with multiple options, and it simply can’t get hot enough. You can put kief in there or hash, but any live resin or rosin or dabs or badder or anything like that really requires something much hotter. So great for flower, but awful for concentrates.

Avoid!!!! - ***Edit PAX came through ***
1 star is generous. Terrible customer service, my Pax very suddenly 3 stopped charging and Pax labs seem to have no intentions of helping or honoring my warranty, which is fully valid. I was told we may need to send you a new device, but in the next breath stated, 'We don't have any stock to send you a replacement, but stock may become available in around 60 days'. Their only attempt at providing me with any help was to press on the battery terminals on the device, which of course did not nothing to help my situation. Did not request any videos example of the problems, I have tried multiple chargers and different usb sockets, but it just seems as if Pax are not interested at all. Totally disappointing, but seeing the amount of other 1-star reviews here it's not surprising

Well, I have to change this review, after chasing Pax again I seemingly got through to a much more helpful and less robotic customer service agent. To cut a long story short a replacement device was eventually shipped which I have now received. I am still disappointed by my initial experience however I am thankful and grateful that PAX came through in the end.

Best dry herb vape
I ordered the Pax 3 complete kit a few months ago and I love it! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that it doesn’t put out as much vapor when the batter is at half or less.

customer service
I've had a similar experience in that my Pax 2 stopped working. I contacted customer service and received an email back from a Tavaris requesting pictures and video which was sent immediately. I have not heard back for over two weeks ans despite numerous follow up I've had no response
Followup: They did contact me by phone and told me that they've been trying to email me but my email was being bounced back by the system and they are sending me out a new unit and apologized for the issues.

Finally, drug paraphernalia with a degree of refinement & finesse
I’ve dabbled with vaporizers since the 90’s when they were just modified soldering irons mounted inside a glass globe from a porch light. Hey, they’re still selling them & they still work, albeit with serious limitations. Today, many products promise you all those billowing clouds of thick, tasty vapor. Some are lying, others are *really* expensive, and a few work well but are clunky/awkward. And then there’s Pax. I can only speak for my Pax 2 - as I have no interest in extracts or fancy tech stuff a la Pax 3 - but it delivers the goods and for just $150 delivered. Discrete, refined, and, yes, it’s sort of the Lexus vaporizer many of us have been waiting for. If it’s good enough for Bill Maher, waddya waiting for?

Their products are ingenuitive and easy…
Their products are ingenuitive and easy to carry especially the Pax2. I've avoided the new Pax 3 because who really needs a wireless device by your mouth so you can read the settings on your phone when you can read the settings on the front of the device. This wireless craze has gone too far. Don't people realize it's EMF radiation. They have good customer service and if you are looking for flavor... no better device!
