Ich muss sagen das was ich mit Pax erlebt habe war der beste Kundenservice ever! Ich habe mir 2019 einen Pax 3 gekauft der zehn Jahre Garantie auf die Batterie hat. Vor einem Monat hat er sich plötzlich nicht mehr einschalten lassen ich habe ohne Wein und aber ein neues Gerät geschickt bekommen. Der Kundenservice war extrem freundlich extrem und kompetent! Auf alle meine Fragen wurde sofort eingegangen und mir wurde wirklich gut geholfen! Da gibt es Hersteller die nicht zu kundenfreundlich sind wie zum Beispiel Storz und Bickel. Das muss ich leider auch schon am eigenen Leib erfahren. Die könnten sich eine Scheibe von dem Kundenservice der hier geboten wird abschneiden!

I had a Pax3 in red that was over 5 years old and just stopped charging. It wasn't heavily used but a couple of times a week most weeks. I wrote asking for help expecting yeah it's old so meh. After a few photos to make sure from their part of wasn't damaged they provided me with a brand new vape. Ok it's black not red but really, after all that time they did by their product. Thanks Pax, from a very happy repeat customer.

pax stopped working, sent mail to pax labs, in one week they sent me a new pax... 5 stars.

Amazing customer service told them there was an issue with charging and they have just sent me a new device straight up was amazingly quick response time literally cannot fault them at all, thankyou to the people working at pax

Best customer service, held up their 10 year warranty on the final year, got a full replacement as my model was an old model, replacement arrived quick at no extra cost, once again amazing customer service and their warranty cover is top notch.
