My experience with pawsionate was absolutely brilliant. I unfortunately missed my street address off and relay The courier. Just posted it through a random door. I was absolutely gutted as this was something I was looking forward to giving to my first grandchild. I reached out and realised what I had done and that it wasn't their fault but was mine and with my surprise they have reimbursed me with a new one. No extra charge and I've been in contact with me and they've been brilliant even though it was my fault they didn't have to do this but they did. They went out of their way. First class would definitely recommend buying from them again a massive thank you!

The images are amazing and super fun and all the people I have given their gifts to have loved them as well! The quality is very good, the delivery time is decent, and the price is realistic and worth it. I also contacted them for support and Rachel was amazing!! super friendly, super knowledgeable, and the best part is her response was complete, and acknowledged and addressed my worries.
