Bullcrap scsm company that preys on people willing to donate to shelters and dogs and any animal. Spent $50 on a coffee mug, customize with my wife and my 2 dogs names on it spent 15 plus dollars for express shipping. Now there's a delay, it's a scam. I want my money back and I'm stopping payment on my credit card. They can kiss my ass. I will go to my local shelter and donate to them. Of course, they're from California, a blue state\n Just out there to make a quick buck and prey on people's kindness with us, conservatives are not gonna fall for anymore. On my latest order, I entered an old work email by mistake, but when I sent an inquiry email from the correct address, Customer Service noted the different email and completed processing the order. So far, my wife and I have ordered 2 mugs, 1 t-shirt, and 1 cap for each other, and I'm sure there will be more in the future!
