My order did not arrive and they will not resend or refund money.
My order did not arrive and they will not credit me back unless I spend $20 to order more then they will resend my original order. Make it right and either refund or send my order to the correct address. They stole $37.78.

Had issues from day one
Had issues from day one, product shipping was long and then never arrived. I had several emails back and forth with the company and they would not do anything about paying for the product and never receiving it. They tried blaming my post office , but I have cameras and the post office never delivered the product so it was never resolved. Paid $32 for a coffee cup I never received.

SMALL SIZE AND INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
Despite giving a full address, the label was not addressed correctly and after 7 days without any help from anyone at Pawsionate and numerous emails, I was able to contact Aramex and sort it out myself. Parcel has just arrived and despite ordering a large t-shirt the size is that of a childs. STAY CLEAR OF THIS ONLINE COMPANY
