Hi Steve, we are terribly sorry for this inconvenience. As we had explained, the orders were merged for better supervision. A merge notice was sent to you after two single orders were shown canceled. However, we understand it has been a very unexpected experience and we will reflect deeply on this.

I placed an order mid-November for a shirt with a woman and three dogs. Names provided as well. The end of November I received a shirt that wasn’t at tue one I ordered. Wrong names, wrong animals. I contacted customer support. I had to provide a pic of the shipping label, order #, pic of wrong item received. I did all that. They said..,great news! We’ll fix our mistake and send the correct item. 10 days later I received my 2nd shirt. Wrong again. Totally meant for someone else. I contacted them again and asked for a refund. At this point it’s too late. They said, basically, give us a few days and we’ll let you know. After two wrong shipments, I think I’m easily entitled to a refund
