I was very happy with the way shirts turned out !

Ordered a Shirt for Xmas and accidently type the wrong number, but correct street. Only received email and told to contact USPS. USPS told me that the sender needs to contact them to change address which I knew already working with fed Ex and UPS over the years. Pawsionate said best they could do was to charge me for a new one and ship in 15 days after I ordered this with 5 day shipment. The 1 star is for the lack of customer service and helping a customer fix a mistake. The shirt was returned to them , but when I asked them to resend, they said they will never be able to process that returns it goes to a big warehouse. Pawsionate has a good idea, but needs to add some customer service if they want good reputation. Your reply to my review futhers the disconnect. Your people say they have all the disclaimers on their website, and they are responsible for nothing after you hit the buy button.

I loved my item, my dog looks like he does. I also look pretty similar. Love the idea of them.

I purchased 4 shirts. The first three I was very happy with. Nice print, my dogs pics were a little dark, but all in all pretty nice. The fourth shirt arrived today and disappointed the background and my dogs pic was blurry, don't even have time to send it back as it's a Christmas gift. Pic was taken of same dog, same lighting with same camera. Just got it today and sent pawsionate an email.

The shirt I ordered arrived today. It was supposed to be a Christmas present to my husband but I let him have it early. I opened it and couldn't stop laughing. They did such a good job on the photo and the t-shirt material feels like high quality. I absolutely love the shirt and I'm thinking of getting myself one.
