Hi Tricia, we are sorry that you are not happy with the sweatshirt. We would like to clarify again that the product is sweatshirt, and as the product description states, the sweatshirts are made from polyester. We even put up a video with up-closed shots to make sure customers can grasp the full idea how the material/fabric is. With that being said, we are very sorry about this failed purchase and hope to have another chance with you in the future.

We are terribly sorry for the frustration this has caused you. We've checked and found that the size didn't get changed as per request, which is really our fault and we have processed the refund for the item. We have a local European printer that processes all orders in the UK, but we have made sure the brands are the same with our US suppliers so we are sorry if the quality of the T-shirts didn't meet your expectations. We will work harder to make sure the quality only gets better.

We are so sorry about the inconvenience this has caused you. Regarding this issue, the package is in transit but it might have not been scanned yet, which caused the lack of online updates. Each package has a barcode. Every time the package moves from one location or a facility to the next one, the workers scan the barcode. And whenever that happens, you get an update on your dashboard. Before a shipment reaches its final destination, it usually gets scanned several times. Because the parcel is still well on its way to your shipping address, please kindly wait a couple of days. In case it doesn’t arrive by Dec 30, please don’t hesitate to contact us so we can dive right in and find what caused the unusual delay.
