Our dog was stolen and I could not cancel the order and now I have a picture of a dog who’s gone on my T-shirt and a picture of a dog who’s gone on my coffee mug. I would like a refund but have had no luck getting a response.

Sometimes when ordering things online it may not look like the picture or it takes months to be delivered. With Pawsionate I got exactly what I ordered and it came quick!

I ordered a blue sleep t-shirt for my daughter for Christmas. I washed it several weeks later. No dryer. White spots appeared all over the collar and sleeves. Ruined! When I contacted customer service, they offered me another one for an additional $14.85 US after I already paid $41.77 CDN for a defective shirt. Very disappointed in your company! The shirt was given for Christmas so it wasn't washed until mid January. You prefer my negative reviews than send me a new shirt to replace the defective one you sold me?

My girlfriend gave me a Pawsionate Sleep Shirt with Jessie and I sleeping. What a great gift idea for any dog lover. I then ordered one for my daughter and her pup Willa. She loved it. The shirt is a high-quality shirt, washed great and the sized are very accurate. I will defiantly be buying from Pawsionate again and you should too !!
