Happy New Customer
My husband ordered a sleep shirt for me and one for our little dog. Mine is soft and comfortable, and the graphic is perfect. This was our first experience with Pawsionate but I will probably be ordering again in the future. Their communication about my orders was very helpful so I knew exactly when to expect my order. Overall it was a very good experience.

I ordered two mugs the first week in…
I ordered two mugs the first week in February. I got one of the mugs weeks ago. That one was mine. The other one was for a friend’s birthday. Needless to say I was very disappointed. So until I get that mug I will continue to give a bad review!!

Hi Robin, we understand this has been a major disappointment. Our quality control has certainly failed you and we will have to reflect deeply on this. On the other hand, our agent has asked if you wished for a reprint or a refund on the wrong mug received, to which you had agreed to wait. Therefore, we believe we had your agreement on the replacement and there was no hard feelings. We will work harder to make sure mistakes happen as infrequently as possible.
