Bought a tee shirt for my daughter
Bought a tee shirt for my daughter, the graphics and colors are beautiful. Didn’t give it to her yet as it’s part of her birthday gift later in the month, but she’s a cat mom and will it.

Did not receive my order
Made my order more than 2 weeks ago. Still did not receive it. Ordered a tshirt on July 10. The estimated delivery date was between July 23-26 and they charge for the delivery. Today is July 31st still did not receive my order. This tshirt had to be a part of the present to my wife on July 29th. Present is ruined. Need my money to be refunded in full.

For international orders, we would like to confirm that we don't make any guarantee of 13-16 calendar days. As for your mention of a delivery charge, please note that this charge goes to our carrier provider and all orders are charged with shipping fee. We don't provide free shipping offer at the moment. While we understand your disappointment, we have processed a full refund as a gesture of empathy, despite it being beyond our regular policy.

Disappointed.
Loved the T-shirt. But entirely lost the image on the first wash. Very disappointing.
