I ordered the tee with black cat "Finn" stating "I'm not a cat, my mom said I'm a baby, and my mom is always right." Tee color baby blue (beautiful color!) I love this tee, you are going to be the cause of me going poor due to me buying so many of these tees I can't include a picture, I don't know how to do that, sorry

I purchased two shirts for my son & daughter in law. They were perfect! I was able to personalize each shirt, and they looked just like them! My kids loved them!

I originally gave a one star review because I thought the phone case I ordered for my daughter's birthday was defective. It turns out, it was my mistake because I hadn't opened the packaging all the way and I thought they had printed over some lettering, but it turns out the lettering was on a paper that was underneath the foam protection, and I hadn't opened the entire thing yet! The company quickly reached out to me asking what they could do to fix the problem, and were willing to send another if they had made a mistake. It turns out they didn't need to do anything, but still responded positively! The phone case is cute and I know my daughter will love it!

3/5: - Quality is ok (looks good but not for the price); - Costumer support also came through; - It doesn't seem that they have that much control over their distribution network and this is one of the biggest red flags for online shopping, for me. My context: Ordered and item that took around double the expected time. I reported it right away, and despite at first my e-mails were replied with what it seemed to me copy/paste messages, after a while I felt someone truly was looking into my situation (despite some issues explaining the logistics seemed a mess) and I have now the order with me. I wouldn't recommend buying on impulse.

Purchased a sleep shirt for my sister. Before placing the order, I contacted Pawsionate Customer Service, because I wanted to see if there was an option for adding 4 dogs. The link I had only showed up to 3 dogs. Customer Service responded promptly, friendly, and efficiently. I was able to place an order and I loved how you could customize not only the number and breed of dog, but you could customize the human as well. The shirt arrived quickly and the print was very vibrant and clear. My only question was that I got the premium shirt and to me it didn't seem any softer than a regular t-shirt would feel. All that being said, my sister loved the shirt. Overall great transaction.
