Hi there. We're sorry for any frustration but please check your inbox as our agent has addressed your concern about delivery already. The product is shipped from our warehouse in the US and DHL's tracking link shows its current update already. Thank you for your purchase and we hope you enjoy your new mug.

Order early, early, early
The product was exactly as advertised and I was kept up to date on its progress. I just wish I had known it was coming from China because I would warn people to order well in advance of when you need it. Until the shipping update said it was leaving mainland China, I had no idea. It arrived the day AFTER I needed it, so I ended up having to re-ship it from my town to the person I bought it for. Otherwise it was fine.
