The product itself is excellent, if on the expensive side. Would only get it if on sale. The e-mails though are exhausting...whether it is step by step telling you where the product is in production or the other e-mails promoting their products, it is way too much almost pushy!!! You want to unsubscribe just to reduce the e-mails despite the quality of the products!

I order from Pawsionate because I thought my items were being made in the United States. My last 2 items I ordered, are coming from China. If I had known this, I would not have ordered them. I believe in American products, and it really baffled me that these were not made on our soil. Next time I order, I will check where they are manufactured before I order.
