PawsionateReviews of pawsionate.com

I wanted to give a try to this company after seeing an advert of their products on Instagram, I ordered a customised doormat with my dog's picture. At the beginning I believed that the quality of the printing would be kind of average / ok, but when I recieved the doormat I was very surprised with the quality of the picture printing. Delivery was good, it took 2 weeks to come to the UK, and I was aware of all the progress and stages of the delivery.

I loved all if it except shipping g time was way too long.

Fast and just what we ordered.

The products are not only seriously cute, but functional as well. I am very happy with all of my purchases from Pawsionate.

great customer service well made tee shirts

The item is defective, it is supposed to LIGHT UP but it doesn't. Personalized it for a friend and cannot give it to her. Getting the runaround, e-mails wanting me to take a photo/video of the lights NOT working. ???? In other words magically having a photo with no lights working and then one with lights WORKING, when they will never work. Calling the BBB after I write this, which I believe will vanish from the site. They aren't going to refund money even though their rules say if an item is defective they will take care of it. It's MY money here. Item received July 10, 2024.

My husband and I loved our mugs. They arrived on time!

The product arrived: but the fact it should NOT be used for anything but Decoration should have been mentioned. This was a Fathers Day gift- he used it ONCE to serve burgers & rinsed it off promptly after dinner. The 'sticker/applique' raised and started falling off !!!
