Passionate was very easy to order from. The items came exactly as showed and even shipped early.

I am very happy with the t-shirt. The quality is very nice. I bought it for my granddaughter. I know she will be excited and love her shirt. I'm giving it to her for her birthday November 9.

The depiction of the hats and what was actually received were not the same. So disappointed as purchased as a gift and you embarrassed to give. Do not recommend! Plus the size will fit a doll.

Great purchase with my 3 cats on the case.

Amazing product and excellent delivery time I can’t wait to see my mums face when she gets it.

Follow up , we all complain when things go array, now that the problem has resolved I think it is only fair to give a follow up when it gets corrected. Quality of the product is great, it was a gift. They love it and so do I. A little late arriving but the main thing is it arrived. Thank you.

I ordered a Christmas tree decoration for my son, with his dog's picture and name on it. Pawsionate immediately confirmed my order, informed me when it had been shipped, and continued to inform me of its whereabouts on its journey to my house. I was so very impressed with their professionalism, kindness and communication. Also, I love the tree decoration and can't wait to see my son's face! Thank you Pawsionate - I highly recommend ordering from you, A+!!!!!

Great customer service. My item delivered promptly and was exactly as pictured.
