I wanted to like this so much but the way the customer service is handling this comes off very scammy. I had ordered it as an anniversary gift and am disappointed in how customer service is handling this. I put a photo of my cat laying upside down on purpose bc his teeth stick out, the designer flipped it upside down and his face looked janky. I only saw the proof AFTER it was shipped. Customer service took over 48 hours to respond back and offered nothing but “sorry. We’ll review our process so it doesn’t occur in the future“. They did not offer to reprint the shirt or offer a refund or anything to fix this issue of a product they sell. Unbelievable to not get customers approval for a custom design and then not offer a way to fix it.

I ordered two ornaments, one I made an error and put wrong date, the other i never received. Instead I received someone else. The company did the right thing and sent two new ornaments.

I bought a dog mum 40oz mug for myself and am very happy with it. It looks great. I also bought a tree ornament as a gift and that too was lovely. I did have to contact customer service and they were very helpful. I completed both orders within minutes of each other, but they were separate orders so I contacted customer service to see if I could combine them into one delivery. Although it wasn't possible, they were very helpful and refunded one of the shipping costs. They were very helpful and I'm very pleased with the items and their customer service.

Great product. Small stain in one of the shirts that did not wash out.
