Quality & Service!!!

This company advertises that it is located in LA, US. It is in fact in China. Still have not received my items even though it is well past the delivery date. I feel like since they aren't even upfront with where they are located, I am worried about the quality of products if they even do end up arriving. Misleading and scammy. I googled the stated LA address and there isn't even a business named Pawsionate located there. Does not seem like a reputable business to support.

I ordered a Tumblr a month ago. Never received purchase. It was supposed to be a surprise gift for wife. They also have parts of my address wrong. I ordered mid November. Wife's birthday is the 9th of December. They have no number. They constant lie through email saying they will get back to me in 24 hours. It's been 4 days actually no answer but automated repetitive emails. That actually claim they have limited internet access. Sounds very sketchy to me. At this point I think they stole my money and never shipped . Warming "Do not " i repeat Do not order from these people. Its a scam. I'm willing to bet if I get tired of waiting and never receive my gift and decide I want a refund I'm sure that'll turn into a big ordeal . Probably won't even refund . Saw this company on Instagram and Facebook. Should of know it was a scam .

My tumbler turned out great! Delivery was a little longer than expected but it was worth the wait.
