Bought the Golden retriever Lantern ornament for a Friend, and She Loves it. It Looks a Pretty as The Advertisement

I love y’all!!!!! Everything I’ve received from y’all have been PURFECT!!!!

It has been 9 business days and 12 in total I've purchased two tshirts from them. While I received a confirmation number and two other emails about the process itself when I placed my order, nothing else since. I sent an email to support team and wrote to them over their website. NO REPLY even though it says 24-48 hours for the former and 24 hours for the latter for reply! My order# and email address does not show any status on their website. I can understand this time being a busy one due to holidays but nobody is reponding at all! Update: Received an email on the 13th day of my order, saying they would get back to me in 24-48 hours. Fingers crossed. Update 2: Received an email with tracking link on the 17th day of my order. I am informed that my order would be delivered in 1-4 days. Final update: 19 days after my order submission, I received it. Quality is great, prints are great. Sizing is a bit big, so size down. I am changing my rating to 4.

I went up two sizes and it was still not big enough.

The quality of the t shirt is beautiful and I love it;I’m sure my daughter will really love this Christmas gift

Great quality and service

Love LOVE love the shirt!

I ordered two things 3 weeks ago and it's still sitting in China per the tracking. I should have done more research on where they were located. When I find one based in the US I will order from them. I will not order from pawsionate again. Hopefully, I even get my stuff.
