I can’t give 1 star it’s cheap pet insurance you get what you pay for, the Doctor I spoke too was amazing! Very sweet and helpful thank you Dr. Gabby! But make sure you read the fine print, if your pet is dying, FaceTime them in the car on the way to the vet if you get to the vet first because of these issues they won’t cover costs, my dog ended up being parvo positive but I didn’t call them till he was in the vet and now I don’t get to use my insurance, parvo can be a life threatening emergency, but he was in the hospital I really wish this rule could change but that’s all I really have to complain about

I have a new puppy that began to fade and I used the Pawp app and did a video chat with DR Christy she was amazing help me get through a very tough time told me to take my puppy to A emergency hospital. I was able to get him in to the hospital and save my dog. I had complications arround the claims process but after working with Pawps management team everything was fixed I even got a call from the CEO. This company cares about its members and there animals. PAWP thank you from the bottom of my heart and Renegades.

Chatted with a vet about my dog not using his hind leg. She asked some questions then advised me on what to do. Very fast and gave me a great peace of mind.

It was a fast answer for what type of cream that I could use on my cat's irritation. Overall a pleasant experience.

Horrible experience 2X this month with them. I will say that the 2nd time was the absolute worst. They told me my dog Maggie was not an emergency case....all the while i am talking with them (1 am) I gave them details and i was so scared for my precious Maggie. I reached out to them and the entire conversation I felt I was talking to a 5 yr old. They ultimately decided AGAIN that my Maggie's condition was not an emergency. Maggie had been panting and pacing non-stop for 2 hours....also squatting trying to urinate....nothing came out only drops of blood in her drops of urine. I gave this so-called "vet" (who would not give me her full name and credentials that i asked for) said "this just sounds like a UTI and is not considered an emergency - just see your regular Vet within 24 hours." I said "She is panting and pacing non-stop......she is trying to jump off the (which is not like my Maggie at all, ever) and this is a sign of extreme pain...so this isn't an emergency???" She said, "if she is in pain give her acetaminophen." She didn't tell me how much to give or anything. Only that this is not considered an emergency. Well long story short: I called the after-hours ER for Animals to talk with them...they said "Bring her in right away and you will not have to wait." DIAGNOSIS: Maggie has a severe case of Bladder Stones. This morning she is in surgery. I guess this isn't an emergency. I am so angry

Hi Anne, I'm so very sorry to hear about your experience. To my understanding, this case has been reviewed and we have issued your emergency funds for use. I apologize for any confusion as to how the emergency fund works.

PAWP gives me peace of mind knowing that I can contact a vet at any time without having to make unnecessary trips to a vet clinic. The $3000 emergency fund is a plus in addition to my cat's regular pet insurance. Glad I joined.
