Quan was amazing and helped me navigate use of emergency funds for my shiba inu's emergency when she accidentally ate some human medication!

Great costumer service, my lil man got sick an I forgot to let a pawp vet know first an took him straight to the vet hospital. Unfortunately after he was hospitalized the pawp vet couldn’t activate my emergency funds but informed me to contact support an they could help me. Sure enough they helped a lot paid have the bill of the visit an I took care of rest. Great an fast response would recommend to others.

Long story short, I was told that my pet had to be 4hrs from death in order for her to be protected with Pawp. This was after I sent the video and took my pet to the vet based on the recommendation of the Pawp vet. I honestly felt as though I followed the policy and did what was required only to be told "not eligible" because my pet wasn't close enough to death. Needless to recount my disappointment which ultimately resulted in me canceling the service. For the fortunate few that may have benefited from Pawp, that's awesome; but for the vast majority of pet owners this service will not help unless Pawp is willing to reimburse pet funeral expenses.

I subscribed to a plan for my new puppy, and within 12 hours had already used the “video call a vet” feature twice. This is a game changer and I’m grateful that this exists!

I can’t think Pawp enough for the help they provided when my dog Coco had to be rushed to the vet, in the grip of seizures and near death. Even though I lacked the time for the necessary video call with one of their vets, due to the true emergency status of that visit, they still covered that vet bill, given the circumstances. Sadly Coco passed away that next morning but Pawp made a very difficult time just a bit easier. They’ve even sent me condolences after the fact.

I was worried about my puppy. And then I remembered that I have PawP for her. I immediately opened the app and was able to chat with a Vet. It was such a relief and the Vet was so informative and helpful. Love this type of security for my furbabies. Highly recommend this to all fellow pet owners .
