Courtney is extremely knowledgable and caring. She was able to provide a list of concerns that I need to watch for and was both caring and concerned. She knew what Phydeau had chewed, explained it's toxicity and explained how I was to observe Phydeau's behaviors. Knowing what to watch for in Phydeau's behaviors will alert me to know if Phydeau needs an emergency trip to the doctor. Saved me a rush trip to the vet !

This was my first time using the service, and I am so glad PAWP was there for me. The option to talk to a vet direct via text is something I wish my vet would do! But I was able to get a solution to put my worries at ease. Getting an appointment nowadays can sometimes take more than a week, and just by sending a pic and a few texts, my dog won't have to go urgent care and was able to find an easy way to treat his paw with a nice soak in some water with Epson salt. From his severe allergies to skin rashes, so glad PAWP was there.

Signed up for Pawp as a supplemental service to my puppy’s vet. Our pup has been fighting some stomach issues since we brought her home and we felt crazy calling our small town vet with every concern. Pawp allowed us to get a quick response on a small concern we had, get clarity, and get going! So glad we found Pawp for all the questions that come with puppy parenting!

Wow. I am SO relieved and happy with their service! My dog could have died today and with it being the holidays there’s no way I had the extra money laying around to get her emergency vet treatment today. Pawp paid for everything and delt with the billing department so I didn’t even have to do anything . Pawp representatives went above and beyond to help me in a time of crisis and I can’t even express my gratitude and relief. Highly recommend pawp for your pets!

Paco was in distress after I was late giving him insulin. He was panting, whining, and retching. Maria told me what to watch for and to keep an eye on him over night. She was very reassuring and helped us both calm down.

Dr helpful on chat; didn,t take hours to get back to me. and recognized dog was very ill. Unfortnatuately had to put pet down but he is no longer suffering to please a selfish owner.
