As I was giving a belly rub, I noticed something unusual. There was something flat and flappy. So I contacted Pawp 24/7 vet. They wanted a picture of it. Sent them the photo. It was a tick!! Never before have we had any ticks in our yard. It must have come off wildlife that roam around here. Let's just say Pawp vet tech said to get him to my vet ASAP and get it removed. Our boy was at the vets within 20 minutes and the tick was removed. Thank you for being available 24/7!

I can't comment on their service during an emergency, but I can say that $20 a month to be able to talk to a vet 24/7 is worth it alone. The vet I talked to was knowledgeable and understanding, and gave me good advice for how to help my kitty. It was so reassuring to be able to share my concerns and get immediate feedback.

My dog has been sick for over a week with vomiting and diarrhea daily. She has lost a good amount of weight in just a few days. The vet on pawp recommended withholding food and water 24 hours and if she didn't get better call them back. She didn't get better and I called and all they did was tell me to take her to a vet. No emergency because she wasn't going to die within 4 hours. Don't waste your money on this scam

I am a HUGE worrier when it comes to my dogs, and we’ve made more than one trip to the emergency vet for what turned out to be minor issues. Tonight, my dog was displaying some GI symptoms that concerned me, so I turned to Pawp for a consult. Ann L. was so kind, and gave me great advice. She totally put my mind at ease. My pup and I both feel much better now!

Very disappointed that I do not get access to my emergency fund, waited a while for response on support. If you’re going to offer an emergency fund you should allow people to use it

The times I have had to use this app, has been great. My questions always get answered and I always feel more at ease, and I dont have to wait so long to chat with a vet.
