My 5yr old Rottweiler Harli had blood in urine and the Vet tech answered after about 6 min and asked a few questions and recommended I take her in to my vet for a check up. I was really worried and it was nice to have someone there to discuss her symptoms. I was very worried.

I called late at night and talked to a Vet Tech about my dog's food. I had found out on the WWW that Purina Dog Chow was the worst food to feed your dog because the first ingredient was corn. The Google app kept sending me to sites that were no good to find out what the best food was. I was very frustrated. The Vet Tech I talked to told me that Blue Buffalo and Royal Canin were good brands and told me about her personal experience with tailored pet foods that were more expensive. I talked with my family and we are going to change to Blue Buffalo Large Breed formula.

I liked how I was able to subscribe to this service and how mins later I was able to communicate with a vet.

The person who helped me was quick, factual and to the point. She explained exactly what needed to be done and it took me only a few minutes to connect with her (while my spouse was still on hold with the vet). Thankfully she told me just what to do and we avoided and major illness in my dog because of her suggestion. Thank you, Pawp!

I cannot thank Pawp enough. My boy had an emergency at 5 am and I contacted Pawp to ask advice and see if I should take him in to be checked. The vet assistant asked if I can go on video so she could see my dogs symptoms and she suggested yes to take him in. Once he was evaluated and a plan was made , pawp did not hesitate to pay the bill. Pawp was a true life saver for my boy. Many thanks to Pawp
