Rip-off. I had a documented emergency with my cat, Sam, on August 24, 2021. I experienced a video approved emergency with my cat, Emma, on 12/25/2021. Pawp would not cover the expenses because it had paid $395.00 to pay for Sam’s expenses on 8/24/2021. The customer service representative explained that you are entitled to only one emergency payment per year, regardless of how much of the supposed $3,000 annual coverage you actually use. Quite a money maker for Pawp

My 5MO little girl is recovering from spaying. After 4 days of progressive improvement, she suddenly became restless and lethargic, couldn’t get settled, no interest in favorite toy. At midnight on a Friday night, her vet wasn’t available. But Danielle at Pawp was just a keystroke away. Very simply, the PAWP emergency fund saved my cat Bernie Sanders' life. He was very ill with respiratory infection. They did not hesitate to get the care he needed and promptly paid a $966.84 Vet bill. I highly recommend them. Thre free consults have also already saved me a lot of money too!
