These guys are absolutely shocking when…

These guys are absolutely shocking when it comes to customer service. I've asked for a cancellation two of their customer service representative came back to me and said this can't be cancelled as it was outside of their 1 hour period but their website also said this is not applicable for the weekend. When I followed up the next day the customer service operative as so rude and said I am a lair. (Lucky I kept a copy of their chat transcript and email). They also put selective reviews on their website! Edit : it’s amazing to see how all the negative reviews have a similar running theme about their customer service and yet they are so rude in their replies. Making personal remarks etc. These guys probably don’t understand the value of good customer service. How unfortunate! It’s going to be a matter of time before you go out of business. Edit 2: You are funny. My attitude might be shocking but you continue to make personal remarks (like in all other reviews). Why don't you apologise for a change and move on? I hope others are reading the arrogance in which you are talking. Btw, it wasn't just one person it was 3 people who said I can't cancel it - 2 on chat and 1 via email. Edit 3 : Doesn’t matter if it’s been a month or two. You keep reporting my review and I will keep adding more information.

The customer has been fully refunded. Of course nobody said you're a liar. But you can lie in an online review all you want, as you've shown above. Your attitude is absolutely SHOCKING. My customer rep made a mistake since he was new. We process 100s of orders per day. Mistakes can happen. I read all reviews myself (Paul Rich) and when someone exhibits an absolutely shocking and rude attitude toward's me and my employees I will point that out, as above. You were fully refunded after the matter was brought to my attention but you even after one month keep reviewing me for one star. I understand you might be used to getting what you want by leaving one star reviews and talking poorly about a company but that's not how we do business in New York. I will no longer reply to your multiple edits. Please harass some other company with your shocking and rude attitude.
