This definitely has been my worst customer experience anywhere period. I so much regret giving them money. I paid for a watch on their site on May the 2nd, it's the 21st today and although I did get a confirmation email that my purchase went through, I haven't gotten any confirmation emails to show that it's been shipped out. I contacted customer service and they said they can only give me a $20 refund out of a $200+ order that hasn't even been shipped out yet. Imagine how insulting that is! If I could give them zero stars I would, I can't so 1 star will suffice. I've learned a bitter lesson and I'd advice you to purchase from MVMT, they are a way more legitimate business. Edit: This is a response to the rep that just replied. I TRIED to cancel the king's jade preorder that's when I was told I'd only get a $20 refund for an order that hasn't been shipped! I've been on contact with John from customer support. He initially told me that the watch would be shipped out on the 16th. I never got an email to confirm the shipment. I sent another email to John this morning only to be told there was another delay and that it'll be shipped out on the 22nd. The phone lines never work so there's no one to talk to. I had to call to file a claim with my bank this morning so I can get my money back. I've bought 5 watches from MVMT and even returned one, never once had a problem with them. The 1st time I try to purchase a watch from you guys and it's nothing but problems and excuses. Very shameful, save your money!

Thank you Paul Rich for my amazing watch! For my birthday last month my husband surprised me with Heart of the Ocean in rose gold. This watch is everything! The blue shell face is magical and changes colors from turquoise to midnight, and even throws in a little amethyst. I love that it dresses up whatever Im wearing and feels dressy yet casual at the same time. I have a very small frame and tiny arms. This watch is the perfect size and the mesh band is adjustable to the smallest of wrist. Now I have my eye on the pink, and another as a gift for my husband! LOVE!!!!

Please be extremely careful when buying from this company. I recently purchased a cosmic black leather strap watch value round $150. Sent all the information to say my watch was on its way. Nearly 4 weeks on hasn't arrived made contact through there support page 3 times with email and once online no reply or follow on from them so what. Very disappointed as a customer you just want to receive your purchase. But better still a reason for why it hasn't arrived and obviously confirmation of a outcome. Shame on you paul rich watches. You have to laugh at there reply I can guarantee they don't do personal discounts only what's available on there Facebook page which includes other small discounts 15 %. And why yes I have talked to there online chat but of course they won't admit that regardless should a client have to chase his purchase if it hasn't been received or refunded due to lost for nearly 4 weeks. Shocking service for sure absolute joke. So why they have admitted I made a purchase nothing as been done to see why it hasn't been received here in Australia. No email reply no follow on as promised by staff online. I'm sure this isn't the last you will hear from me have the decency to give me the watch I paid for. Cheers have a great day.

I bought the Deep Dive, blue face, blue leather strap, well ahead of shipping because they'd sold out and I didn't want to miss it. They missed the shipping date by about a week, but John at the Paul Rich company kept me updated. The watch is simply gorgeous, better looking in person than on their website - beautiful to look at, feels great on my wrist and has a look reminiscent of the Hublot basic design. For the price this is a bargain. I'm going to buy another eventually. Highly recommended.

The designs are very nice, I like that there is a great variation in style. The general fashion is pleasant.
