That said, we’re very sorry to hear about the condition of the shipping box and the cigarette odor upon delivery. We completely understand how disappointing that must have been, especially when you’re excited to receive your order. Please rest assured that all of our watches are packed in a smoke-free warehouse before being handed over to the courier. Unfortunately, once the parcel leaves our facility, the handling and transport conditions are managed entirely by the shipping provider. Hello I'm really sorry that you are disappointed with your new watch. The aventurine dial you are referring to is made from the crystal, and as such is not superficial material which will always look the exactly same way. Some dials will be darker, some will be lighter, some will have more sparkles and some will have less. Unfortunately it is not possible to make all dials look the same. Finally I'd like to point that if you are really disappointed with how the watch look you have 30 days after the delivery to return it and eventually exchange for a different one or even a different model within same price range.
